Order processing & packaging

Before dispatch, your order is processed, checked for quality, colour, size and other product details, and carefully packaged. This preparation happens before the delivery time shown below begins.

Delivery time

Once your order has been processed, packaged and dispatched, delivery generally takes 6–10 business days. This is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date, and actual delivery times may vary.

Tracking & delivery questions

If you have tracking information, you can use it to follow your parcel's progress. If your order seems delayed, cannot be located, or arrives with an issue, we're happy to help. Please email info@mavelleandbirch.com with your order number and any tracking details so we can investigate.

Delivery issues

If a shipment is confirmed lost or there is a significant delivery problem, we will review the situation and arrange an appropriate solution, including a replacement or refund where applicable.
